How to Do the Three-Day Smoothie Cleanse
We have prepared for you a very special smoothie recipe that includes tons of nutrients and fiber as well as options for adding fat-burning protein, which we recommend highly.
You will consume nothing but this smoothie all three days.
Drink as much as you want, whenever you feel like it.
We recommend sipping slowly, rather than gulping it down (it’s better for blood sugar levels).

Caffeine has been shown to boost metabolism and provide more focus and energy throughout the day.
As long as you do not add creamer or sweetener, you can have as much coffee (or tea) as you normally drink.
When you feel hungry:
Either drink 8 ounces of water or have some of your smoothie.
You should consume at least 64 oz of smoothie a day and roughly that much in water.
3 DAY SMOOTHIE CLEANSE RECIPE
Below is the basic recipe you can use for the entire 3 days of the diet. Below the recipe, you will also find a list of substitutions and additions you can make to the recipe without changing the effectiveness.
Ingredients
1 bunch of Kale (stems removed)
¼ cup mint leaves
1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 cups of water
1 apple cored (with peel on)
1 cup of frozen mango
1 cucumber with skin on
Juice of 1 lemon
*2 tablespoons of unsalted nut butter or 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (recommended but not required)
Pinch of salt
Directions
Add the first 4 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until you reach the desired consistency. Add water to thin.
